CRITICAL NOTICE: By downloading, installing, or using VIP VPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. VIP VPN is a professional service designed for legitimate privacy and security. We do NOT condone, market, or support the use of our services for illegal activities.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Business Compliance

By accessing and using VIP VPN, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. VIP VPN operates in strict compliance with the local business registrations and jurisdictions in which we operate. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the VPN complies with your local laws.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (Prohibited Activities)

VIP VPN provides access to a global mesh network for the purpose of maintaining privacy and security. You agree that you will NOT use VIP VPN to:

Download, distribute, or share copyrighted material without authorization (Piracy / DMCA violations).
Conduct cyber-attacks, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, port scanning, or distributing malware.
Engage in illegal activities, including purchasing illegal goods on the Dark Web, money laundering, or supporting terrorism.
Spam, phish, or defraud other internet users.
Bypass network restrictions to exploit minors in any form.

3. Abuse Reporting & Takedowns

We take abuse of our network very seriously and actively monitor our server infrastructure for malicious traffic anomalies (without logging user content). If you witness illegal activity, copyright infringement (DMCA), or network abuse originating from a VIP VPN IP address, you must immediately report it to our dedicated abuse team.

4. Law Enforcement & Valid Legal Requests

While we operate a strict zero-logs policy, VIP VPN respects the rule of law. We will review and respond to valid, legally-binding subpoenas, court orders, and warrants from competent jurisdictions. However, because we do not record browsing history, IP destinations, or traffic logs, we cannot produce data that does not exist on our servers.

5. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You are solely responsible for your actions while connected to VIP VPN.

In no event shall VIP VPN, its directors, employees, or partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIP VPN from any legal claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the VPN service.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to VIP VPN without prior notice or liability if you breach these Terms of Service. If we detect malicious traffic originating from your session that threatens our server infrastructure, your connection will be instantly dropped and your device banned.

7. "As Is" Provision

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VIP VPN makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding network uptime, connection speeds, or the absolute security of your data against targeted nation-state attacks.
